Ride-On Mower Strimmer Attachment

I'm looking for a help to build a retractable strimmer for a ride-on mower. I need to trim grass over a medium-sized area (1-5 acres) vineyard and nothing really exists on the market but have found a prototype in Oitaly.and he has sent me a video of his design.
