Pre-Farm Research and Networking in Japan

Could you possibly help me with this?

I've been looking for someone to help our job involves assisting with pre-farm research and scheduling visits.
I'm the immediate family of a Korean businessman who is investing in Japanese real estate,
particularly in livestock farms such as egg farms, dairy farms, and pig farms,etc.
and I'm assisting with the business.


We were looking at properties for sale, focusing on livestock farms in Japan. We plan to proceed with the purchase process on the condition that the owner transfer management know-how, farming methods, and other information. This is our most important consideration.

Even if the farm owner isn't selling right away,
We'd like to visit local farms and ask them about transferring farming techniques. If possible, we could arrange for our dispatched staff to learn the farm's farming know-how and provide them some sort of commission.

Since there's a 100% no chance we can meet the farm owner and get permission to go into the place if we just go there,
we're looking for someone to handle this locally in advance.

This is a form of pre-contact and relationship-building. We're starting now to establish a network so that if the farm owner decides to sell, we can identify potential properties and approach them first.

If you can ask the farmers for their understanding and contact the farms in advance to make an appointment, I can visit those farms from Korea and then contact farms in person.

When you get permission to visit the farm, please carefully record and send me the information so that I can talk to the farmer directly, if the owner speaks English, you can make a call to me with him in site or send me his or her address via my email as soon as possible.

Also, I need your help in visiting the farm, When I am meeting and interviewing farmers, and taking photos of various parts of the farm so I can send them to my representative. If possible, I would like to know if you are available when I visit Japan farms and can meet me in person and if you are good at Japanese, English, and Korean, please tell me specifically about your language skills.

The most important thing is that You will be searching so many livestock farms info and traveling around livestock farms in Japan and directly recruiting farmers, so Japanese is essential.
