We are an ambitious agricultural enterprise expanding our operations with a 200-acre farm in East Madhya Pradesh and South West Rajasthan. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Agronomist to join our team and play a key role in land selection, farm setup, and long-term management.
Key Responsibilities:
Land Selection: Assess potential farmland for soil quality, water availability, and suitability for high-yield crops.
Farm Development: Design and implement strategies for land preparation, irrigation systems, and crop planning.
Crop Management: Oversee planting, cultivation, fertilization, pest management, and harvesting to ensure maximum productivity.
Sustainable Practices: Develop and apply sustainable farming methods, including soil conservation, crop rotation, and efficient water use.
Team Leadership: Lead and train farm workers to implement best agricultural practices effectively.
Performance Monitoring: Track crop health, soil conditions, and yield data to optimize farming operations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to agricultural laws and standards relevant to the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related fields.
Proven experience in land assessment and large-scale farm management.
Strong understanding of soil health, irrigation systems, and crop selection.
Familiarity with sustainable and precision agriculture practices.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
