Amazon Chime or Agora video API implementation

There is an existing website that is used to conduct online exams to about 5000 - 10,000 students. A new feature to record videos of these students while taking the exam is required. I have decided on Amazon Chime or Agora API for this (If you have any other suggestions please let me know). Please let me know the approx costs and timeframe to implement this feature.
What is needed is secure recording of these video streams of all these individual students taking the examination.
