We are a company that runs on projects and we started with Youtrack 3 years ago.
We believe we are not using the full potential that this tool has to offer.
We are looking for someone to help us on the following:
1. Audit the way we are using Youtrack for the daily activities in :
- Technical Support
- Software Development
- Internal tickets for other processes
2. Understand the feasibility of implementing a CRM system using Youtrack (150 customers)
3. Assess the possibility of extracting data from Youtrack to Tableau, for custom dashboards
