Scrum project: Prepare teams, project backlog, process
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m about to launch a small project and want to put a simple yet disciplined Scrum framework in place from day one. Because the budget is limited, I only need a concise starter kit that gets the team moving without heavy documentation.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Team blueprint – a brief note on ideal roles, recommended team size, and any key skills we shouldn’t overlook.
• Starter backlog – roughly 10-15 high-level Product Backlog Items with example acceptance criteria so we can see how to slice work properly.
• Lightweight process outline – a one-page ceremony calendar (Sprint length, events, and typical agenda), Definition of Done, and a quick workflow diagram showing how items move from “To Do” to “Done.”
I’ll share the project’s goal and any existing requirements as soon as we start. A short Zoom or chat session to clarify context is fine; after that, deliver the three artefacts as a Google Doc, PDF, or similar. Familiarity with Jira or Trello terminology is a plus so the examples feel immediately usable.
If you can turn around crisp, actionable guidance that helps us kick off with confidence, I’d love to work with you.
