Scrum Software Project Manager Needed
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m looking for an experienced project manager to step in and run a software development effort using Scrum from day one. The team is already in place; what we need is strong leadership to keep every sprint on track, transparent, and continuously improving.
Your core responsibilities will be:
• Sprint planning and review – organise the backlog with our product owner, define sprint goals, and run the review sessions.
• Team communication and coordination – facilitate daily stand-ups, remove blockers, and ensure developers, QA, and stakeholders stay aligned.
• Risk management and issue resolution – actively surface risks early, craft mitigation plans, and keep everyone informed of status and impacts.
I rely on tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack, so familiarity with those (or similar) is essential. Clear documentation, timely status reports, and a focus on delivering working software at the end of every iteration will be the measures of success.
