Technical Project Manager Roadmap Oversight with Scrum

I lead a rapidly growing software product team and need an experienced Technical Agile Project Manager to keep our project, product running smoothly. The immediate focus is existing multiple product development initiative: I have the vision and core requirements, but I need your expertise to translate them into a living roadmap, ruthlessly prioritized backlog, and well-coordinated sprints that bring engineering, design, and QA together.
Here’s what success looks like from my side: the roadmap is clear through the next two quarters, every sprint kicks off with fully groomed stories and accurate capacity forecasts, dependencies across squads are flagged early, and stakeholders get concise progress snapshots without chasing status updates. You’ll facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, manage risk, and keep everyone aligned on the “why” behind each iteration, all while staying true to Scrum values.
Deliverables I expect
• A continuously updated product roadmap covering epics, releases, and high-level milestones
• A prioritized backlog ready two sprints ahead at all times
• Sprint artifacts (boards, burndowns, retros insights) and a weekly summary for leadership
You should be fluent in Jira (or a comparable tool), comfortable guiding conversations around velocity and story point accuracy, and confident navigating a dynamic software environment where priorities can shift.
