Scrum Master - Performance Coach (Legal)
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are looking for expert applicants to coach our team members in the legal department so that our employees can perform better and exceed the expected criteria of projects and their personal performance.
Following are the responsibilities that applicants must be capable to perform:
→ Create, deliver, and track personal performance plans using various parameters to polish the individual and perform beyond the level with the collaboration of the organizational goals.
→ Organize daily stand-ups, retrospective meetings, and sprints.
→ Work in the creation of operational and strategic high-performance strategies to meet and exceed the expected criteria.
→ Develop programs for talent development for continuous growth.
→ Provide the entire department with a focus on continuously adding legal values.
→ Research training requirements and training topics in collaboration with the management by setting targets.
→ Encourage and motivate a culture of learning and a philosophy of constant improvement.
→ Analyze the skill gaps and plan the necessary training to improve performance.
→ Lead the team members as per scrum methodology.
→ Utilize software tools, Kanban approach and guide team members in Agile frameworks as needed.
→ Check that overall performance meet organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
→ Support and promote cooperation and teamwork among the scrum teams.
