Sales Marketing and Software Project Manager & Analyst

I’m looking for a detail-oriented project manager who can also wear a business-analyst hat to guide our upcoming sales initiatives from concept to on-time delivery. Your main focus will be on creating and maintaining a clear project plan that outlines scope, milestones, and measurable outcomes for the sales team.

Here’s what I need:
• Translate high-level sales goals into a concise requirements list and basic timeline.
• Build an actionable project schedule, assigning owners and setting realistic checkpoints.
• Track progress daily, flag risks early, and adjust the plan so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Prepare short status reports that keep stakeholders aligned and confident in next steps.
• Draw on your marketing and sales experience to suggest quick, data-backed optimizations when you spot gaps.

The first deliverable is an initial roadmap and task breakdown I can share with leadership. From there, we’ll move into weekly sprints, each closed out with a brief results summary. Strong communication skills, comfort with common PM tools (Trello, Asana, or similar), and an analytical mindset are essential.
