Remote Agile Project Manager
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I lead a small, distributed development team that builds and maintains several mobile apps. Our backlog keeps growing, and I need a reliable Project Manager who can step in this month, take charge of the Agile/Scrum process, and keep every feature, fix, and release on schedule.
You’ll own the day-to-day flow: translating business goals into epics and sprints, hosting stand-ups, grooming the board, and clearing roadblocks so the developers can focus on code. Expect to coordinate designers and QA as well, report progress to me each week, and make sure every sprint goal is met before hand-off to the client.
We already live in Slack, Jira, and GitHub, so you should be comfortable in those or similar tools. As long as you’re organised, proactive, and quick to communicate in a remote setting, I’m flexible on the finer details of your workflow.
The first milestone is lining up next month’s release and showing a realistic sprint plan within the first two weeks. If we both like the fit, this rolls into an ongoing, monthly retainer with consistent hours.
