Part-Time ERP Implementation PM
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have just kicked off an ERP implementation for our company and we are still in the planning stage. I need an experienced project manager who can dedicate roughly 15–20 hours a week to refine the scope, build a realistic schedule, and keep both the internal team and the implementation partner moving in sync.
You’ll translate our high-level goals into a baselined project plan, surface risks early, and serve as the single point of contact for leadership, functional leads, and vendors. Solid written and verbal communication is critical, as is confidence with common planning tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira—use whatever lets you deliver clear timelines and concise status dashboards.
Deliverables
• Detailed, approved project plan within two weeks
• Weekly status report with updated timeline and risk log
• Stakeholder communication map signed off by the steering committee
