I’m turning to an agile-minded partner to overhaul how my team works day-to-day. Our processes are already framed in Kanban, yet bottlenecks still pop up, resources drift to low-value tasks and risks surface too late.
Here’s what I need from you: dive into our current board, metrics and ceremonies, uncover the hidden friction, then design and help me roll out improvements that raise workflow efficiency, sharpen resource allocation and embed proactive risk management. I expect a concise current-state analysis, a clearly prioritised optimisation roadmap and the dashboards or feedback loops that let us see gains in real time.
While Kanban remains the core method, I’m open to complementary Agile or Lean techniques so long as they preserve continuous flow. You’ll have direct access to the team, our project data and any tooling you require (Jira, Trello or your preferred equivalent). Implementation guidance, coaching sessions and a short post-launch review round out the engagement so we lock in the improvements.
