I'm seeking a Jira consultant to configure a new issue type and subtask. This will primarily support feature requests within a software development context. The project also involves setting up some automation, specifically:

- Auto-assigning tasks
- Automated status changes
- Notification triggers

Additionally, I need some dashboards set up to provide clear visibility on progress and workload.
