- Set up and configure a Scrum board.
- Set up and configure a Kanban board.
2. Establishing Hierarchy:
- Implementation of an "Epic, Story, Subtask" hierarchy.
- Set up of an "Initiative, Feature, User Story" hierarchy.
- Development of an "Epic, Feature, Task" hierarchy.
3. Integration:
- Establish effective linkage between the Epic and Jira Align for cross-functional productivity.
- customization of our single Jira project to include multiple boards, tailored to different team processes.
- Automation of project reporting to provide real-time tracking insights.
- Seamless integration with Jira Align for larger enterprise visibility and alignment.
- Ensuring that our setup supports a custom workflow that matches our operational model.
