Fractional SaaS Product Manager Needed

Job ID: 40173617

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Our B2B SaaS platform is ready for its next growth burst and I need end-to-end product leadership to make it happen. The immediate mandate is to turn scattered ideas and customer feedback into a laser-focused roadmap, run development through JIRA in an Agile cadence, and shape the go-to-market narrative for each new release.

Here’s how the work breaks down:

• Customer insight & validation – schedule quick interviews, run lightweight surveys, and translate the learnings into clear user personas and problem statements.
• Development prioritization – maintain and groom a living backlog in JIRA, write concise user stories, and keep the sprint board flowing so the team always knows what’s next.
• Agile project management – facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; track velocity; and flag risks before they bite.
• Feature definition – specify the SaaS functionality down to acceptance criteria, balancing tech constraints with business goals.
• Marketing strategy tie-in – craft positioning, naming, and launch checklists so every release lands with impact instead of silence.

Key tools & methods you’ll work with every day: JIRA, Scrum/Agile rituals, lightweight product discovery frameworks, and whichever user-research hacks get us answers fastest.

Acceptance criteria for this engagement:
1. A 90-day product roadmap with effort estimates and business impact scores.
2. A JIRA board fully populated with prioritized epics, stories, and acceptance tests.
3. A brief user-research report (personas + key insights).
4. A one-page launch plan for the next major feature.

I’m flexible on hours as long as progress is visible and communication stays crisp. If you thrive on turning ambiguity into shipped software and can speak equally well to developers and marketers, let’s get started.
