Draft 10 Progress Goals
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a concise set of ten project-level goals that my internal team can use to track progress week by week. Each goal should be:
• Action-oriented and written in plain language my developers, designers, and analysts will understand.
• Measurable, with an obvious metric or milestone attached so we can see when it is done.
• Sequenced logically; the order should reflect the natural flow of a project lifecycle.
Please avoid generic statements such as “increase efficiency”; instead, specify what efficiency means (for example, “reduce build time from 5 days to 3 days”). A short one-sentence rationale below each goal explaining why it matters for progress tracking will help the team adopt it quickly.
Deliverable: a single document (Google Doc, Word, or Markdown) containing the ten goals and their rationales.
