Develop Comprehensive Project Brief
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a solid idea simmering but need your expertise to turn it into a crystal-clear brief that developers, designers, and stakeholders can follow without second-guessing. The project itself is still open-ended—it may evolve into a website, a mobile app, or a stand-alone software tool—so I’m looking for someone comfortable teasing out requirements and shaping them into a structured roadmap.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Facilitate discovery sessions (calls, questionnaires, or workshops) to uncover objectives, target users, key features, and success metrics.
• Translate those insights into a well-organized brief that includes an executive summary, detailed functional specs, user flows or wireframes (low-fi is fine), technical recommendations, high-level milestones, and risk/assumption logs.
• Present the brief to me, iterate once based on feedback, and deliver the final version in both editable (Word/Google Docs) and PDF formats.
Acceptance criteria:
1. All agreed-upon sections completed, logically structured, and free of jargon.
2. Feature list prioritized and mapped to release phases or sprints.
3. Timeline, resource estimates, and any tooling suggestions clearly documented.
