Agile coach + Trainer

We are seeking an Agile coach and trainer to help guide us in implementing Agile practices. Our team has some experience with Agile, but we need guidance to fully implement it. We are specifically looking for someone with expertise in coaching and correcting general concepts, practices. We anticipate needing the coach and trainer for less than 3 months.

Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- Proven experience as an Agile coach and trainer
- Expertise in Scrum master training
- experience training and managing agile delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to customize training to meet our specific needs
- practical training to change organisation and team members mindset
- story writing, slicing, prioritisation, estimation techniques
- running efficient and effective agile ceremonies
- reports and communication related to delivery and effective agile
- Familiarity with Agile tools and techniques
- can train existing scrum master, including terminology and communication
- Ability to provide ongoing support and guidance after the training period.
