Agile Tech Project Management Partner -- 2

I’m launching a new product development initiative and need end-to-end, hands-on project management delivered in an Agile environment. The engagement covers five core areas:

1. Roadmap creation
• Translate broad goals into an actionable backlog and milestone schedule.

2. Transparent task tracking
• Set up and maintain the board of your choice—Jira, Asana, Trello, monday.com, or a well-structured Google Workspace—so everyone sees priorities and status at a glance.

3. Progress monitoring & risk control
• Run stand-ups, capture blockers early, and keep a living risk register.

4. Team collaboration
• Foster clear communication among engineers, designers, and stakeholders; ensure hand-offs are smooth and feedback loops tight.

5. Reporting & continuous improvement
• Deliver concise weekly snapshots that highlight accomplishments, next steps, and any process tweaks that will keep us moving fast.

Success means predictable velocity, zero surprise delays, and a motivated team that always knows what’s next. Waterfall or Scrum experience is welcome as added perspective, but the day-to-day rhythm will remain firmly Agile.
