Agile Project Manager / Delivery Lead

We need someone to backfill our delivery lead who will be going on leave for 4 weeks.

While the Delivery Managers will be responsible for the below tasks day-to-day, as the Squad's Delivery Lead you will ultimately be accountable for the ongoing quality, reliability and consistency of tasks such as these at the Squad level: resourcing, revenue forecasting and recognition, project/program health reporting, Statements of Work, delivery artefacts (e.g. Status Reports, Budget Reports, Project Kick-off Decks, Roadmaps/timelines, Resource Plans), scoping and planning, project set up and closure. You will also be accountable for your Squad’s KPIs, such as client satisfaction, team satisfaction and budget/margin.
You will also be responsible for maintaining consistency with the company-wide standards across the following within your Squad: use of delivery tools/systems and processes, configuration of tooling (Jira, Confluence, Mavenlink), and process improvement.
You will support the sales process, acting as a subject matter expert for all things delivery, contributing to proposals and presenting delivery elements in pitch situations.
