Agile Project Closure Manager
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a handful of software projects that are almost across the finish line, but progress has slowed because small issues keep getting stuck in limbo. I’m looking for a project manager who can jump in right away, keep Asana fully up to date, run concise daily stand-ups, and—most importantly—remove roadblocks.
The biggest blocker I face is usually a communication gap rather than a pure technical hurdle. When QA flags something in the testing phase, it sometimes dies in a Slack thread or sits in an untitled Asana task; your job is to spot that early, make the conversation crystal-clear, and get the right developer or designer to act on it.
Day-to-day you will:
• Own the Asana board, ensuring every task has a clear assignee, deadline, and current status.
• Host (and document) quick daily stand-ups that focus on what’s done, what’s next, and what is in the way.
• Chase down answers, approvals, and assets so devs and designers never wait on missing information.
• Keep a close eye on testing issues so fixes are verified fast and moved to “done.”
