BA Agile Case Study
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Position Management
Case Study
Story Map
A position is described as the ‘chair’ that a worker fills when he or she is hired. That ‘chair’ remains, even when the worker leaves, for example, through a job change or termination. Position attributes are like those for jobs. Each position that you define identifies a specific role in the organization, which you can manage independently of the person in the position. A position typically belongs to one specific department or organization.
The business needs an application where they can manage their positions in the company as well as assign these to employees.
Design Principles and tone of the application
Tone
• Professional
• Passionate
• Confident
Design Principles
• The application must feel familiar
• Guide the user as far as possible as to prevent errors

• BA Plan (Include your process in producing the solution)
• Business Requirement Document (Include Context diagram, Use cases/User stories, Story Map, Business processes, Low fidelity Prototypes/mock-ups, etc.)
• Very high-level project plan (in any format)
