Administrative Project Manager Support

Job ID: 40117320

Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD

I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes Administration and Management but thinks like a Project Manager. Most of my ongoing projects move fast—multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities—and I need a steady hand to keep them on course. Your main focus will be classic project-management duties: structuring timelines, tracking milestones, preparing concise status reports, and making sure every task owner knows exactly what’s next.

Day to day, you’ll coordinate meetings, maintain Gantt charts or Kanban boards in tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or their equivalents, and flag risks before they turn into delays. Clear written and verbal communication is essential; you’ll often translate technical or departmental jargon into actionable checklists that any team member can follow.

I value initiative, so if you spot a gap—whether it’s documentation, process alignment, or an opportunity to automate a repetitive admin task—feel free to propose and implement improvements. Let me know about projects you’ve steered successfully, the frameworks or methodologies you prefer (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid), and the software stack you’re most comfortable with.

If you can bring structured project oversight and solid administrative discipline to the table, I’d love to hear how you’d tackle our current workload and help us deliver on time, every time.
