Job Description
We are building Human-First Digital Nation HFDN a borderless decentralized virtual state and digital labor ecosystem operating on a strict Zero-AI Zero-NPC framework Every operational role judicial policing banking logistics is executed by real humans working in global timezone shifts for real-world remote income
We are looking for an experienced MVP Specialist or Technical Product Architect to help us scope structure and execute our Phase 1 Bootstrap Protocol 100 to 1000 real-user pilot test
Responsibilities
Scope down our Master Design Document into a lean scalable Minimum Viable Product MVP
Define the core technical stack for Phase 1 Web3 Deterministic Dashboard Game Engine choice like Unity or Unreal
Design user flows and event-routing workflows such as real-time emergency alert routing shift duty tracking
Establish key performance metrics KPIs and test protocols for our pilot user group
Collaborate with our founding team and technical leads to prepare for Phase 1 deployment
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of launching successful MVPs in Web3 SaaS or Gaming Virtual Ecosystems
Strong background in Systems Architecture Technical Product Management and Agile Execution
Deep understanding of tokenomics integration real-time event routing and user onboarding mechanics
Excellent communication skills and a strategic problem-solving mindset

Please note that we are currently in the bootstrapping pre-funding stage We are operating on a lean execution model and seeking a strategic MVP Specialist Technical Partner who understands early-stage startup dynamics
