We have developed a working prototype of a workflow management application using Base44. The current version demonstrates full functionality and can be accessed by the selected developer as a reference.
We are seeking an experienced mobile app developer (or small team) to build a production-ready version of this application for:
• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Google Play Store (Android)
The new application can be built using any suitable modern tech stack. We are open to your recommendation. The Base44 version should be used as a functional guide only.
Core Functional Requirements
User & Access Management
• Secure user login
• Admin user role
• Admin ability to create and manage users
Task / Unit Management
• Status tracking with multiple workflow stages
• Real-time updates visible across users
• Notes attached to individual items
• Timestamp logging of all activity
• Digital signature capture
• Photo uploads
Notifications & Reporting
• Push notifications
• Automated daily email summary reports
• Activity logs
Multi-Entity Support
• Support for multiple independent entities (each with unique configurations)
• Separate data environments per entity
