Workday EIB Integration Support
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
Several EIB integrations in our Workday tenant must be completed before the next release window. The scope centers on three concrete workstreams:
• Advanced Report Design – build or refine custom reports that feed each outbound EIB and surface any calculated fields required for downstream logic.
• XML Transformation – craft XSLT to shape payloads into the exact schema our partner systems expect.
• Secure Delivery – automate encrypted file transfers using PGP over SFTP/SSH, including key-rotation and retry handling.
The integrations touch HCM, Payroll, Benefits and Recruiting, yet the immediate priority is flawless EIB execution. All work is planned and tracked in an Agile flow (JIRA for stories, ServiceNow for change records). Access to sandbox, target mapping documents and sample payloads is already in place.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Reports run without warnings and return the agreed data set.
2. XSLT produces validated XML that matches target XSDs.
3. Files transfer successfully through the encrypted channel and decrypt cleanly on the receiving side.
4. Migration steps, unit-test evidence and an operator runbook are provided.
If you have proven EIB experience that covers reporting, XSLT and secure transport, your expertise will fit perfectly. The project is ready to start as soon as you can.
