• Optimize project processes and resource allocation
• Ensure timely and high-quality project execution
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology sectors (5+ years)
• Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Expert-level collaboration tool skills (JIRA, Confluence, Slack)
• Strong remote work capabilities with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings
• Demonstrated ability to manage international, cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience:
• Technology startup background

• Advanced relationship management skills
