Tech Interviewer for Google Meet on Testing and QA 10 Candidates
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Person should take interview for 10 mem in google meet and select 6 people out of the list on testing team . Below is the Exp required
Tester Experience:
Demonstrated tester experience on one or more formal test initiatives.
Experience on large project teams.
Knowledgeable in running scripts, writing scripts and administering a test phase.
Able to author SDLC documentation (Test Protocols, Test Reports, Trace Matrix).
Understanding of automation frameworks is a plus, but not required.
Methodology Experience:
SAFe / Agile experience.
JIRA experience.
Regulated Environment Experience:
Understands regulatory requirements (Part 11, GxP (mainly) / Security, Privacy (less so)) in the Life Sciences or related industry.
Windchill / PLM Experience:
Experience in Windchill OR
PLM OR
Document Management-like application (ex: Documentum)
Soft Skills (these aren’t really bullet points for a JD but things we keep an ear out for):
Good communicator / Good Listener and Speaker
Project Management awareness
Leader and proactive / goes above and beyond
Passion for testing / validation
If for Lead position - Ability to lead others, track and manage test activities

Day-to-Day Activities:
Attend Scrum meetings and represent testing.
Proactively communicate / provide feedback on testability of requirements, status of validation deliverables and scheduling concerns etc.
Author documentation (plans/protocols and test scripts) with minimal guidance.
