Tactyl Visual Task Management System
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
Tactyl will be a visual task management and reporting system designed to help organizations track work progress across departments and hierarchies.
Unlike typical task tracking or Kanban tools, Tactyl will be designed to integrate assignable priorities, departmental structures, reporting lines, analytics dashboards, track notes at a task level, and user-level access controls in a single, intuitive cloud-based interface.
Objectives
- Create a secure multi-user web application for visual task management.
- Provide a configurable task structure with user-defined priorities, statuses, task based notes, and boards.
- Enable hierarchical visibility – users see their own tasks; leaders see their team’s.
- Deliver analytics dashboards for performance tracking and insights.
- Provide a modern, responsive, and user-friendly UI for both desktop and tablet use.
- Host the solution on a reliable cloud platform with strong uptime and scalability.

UI/UX Design Requirements
- Deliver wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups prior to build.
- Maintain consistent design system and colour palette.
- Responsive layout for desktop and tablet.
- Accessibility (WCAG AA compliance).

1. UX/UI Design Prototypes.
2. Functional Web Application.
3. User / Team Leader / Manager / Department Head / Director / CEO / Admin / Superuser
4. API Documentation.
5. Deployment and Handover Documents.
6. 30-day Post-Launch Support.

Developers should quote for full-stack build, UI/UX, hosting setup, and 30-day support.
All code and assets will be the property of Ian Francis / Pantheras Global Limited.
NDA and IP transfer agreement required prior to work commencement.
Important Points of Difference – Deal breakers
1. Must have ability to mark a task as private (Y/N), and to show private, hide private within visualizers
2. Must have ability to mark a task as urgent (Y/N)
3. Must have ability to click into a tactyl task and add notes. Notes must be date/time and user stamped.
4. Must have ability to mark a task as Performance Cycle Relevant (Y/N)
5. Must have ability to auto-feed to an Eisenhower visualizer
6. Must have ability to be individual, team, manager, department head, CEO views
7. Must be able to report/export based on Tactyl parameters, date range, priority, user, board, status etc
8. Must have ability to see top 5-10 next in line tactyl tasks (i.e. based on due date, status open or overdue, earliest due / oldest overdue at top)
9. Must have the ability to be PC/Mac/Tablet. Will consider App but not for Phase 1-6.
10. We have parked domains tactyl.online and tactyl.live and tactyl-dev.online with GoDaddy. Must be able to launch production on tactyl.live and sandbox on tactyl-dev.online
