The scope of this step is intentionally flexible right now—I have the context and background ready to share as soon as we connect—but I’m looking for someone who can quickly understand existing materials, spot what’s missing, and turn that into a clear, self-contained deliverable that feeds smoothly into the next stage.
Once hired, I’ll give you all available documentation plus a rundown of objectives, constraints, and any timelines that already exist. From there, we’ll agree on the concrete output for this phase and checkpoints to keep everything on track. If you’re comfortable working with evolving requirements and can communicate progress openly, I’d love to hear how you would tackle Step 2 and when you can start.
