I am seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer with a strong focus on IT service management. The primary tasks will involve working on various ITSM modules, specifically Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customizing and improving our ITSM modules to enhance our incident, change and problem management processes.
- Integrating ServiceNow with other IT tools we currently use.
Ideal candidates should:
- Have extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in IT service management.
- Possess strong system integration skills.
- Be capable of developing custom applications as needed.
