Senior Scrum Master Trainers Needed
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m putting together a new round of Scrum Master courses and need a seasoned trainer—someone who has been guiding teams for at least five years and can translate that hard-won experience into engaging, immediately useful sessions. The focus is 100 % on Scrum Master skills: explaining the framework in depth, modelling facilitation techniques, the different tools used and walking participants through real-world impediments they are likely to meet on the job.
Here’s what I’m expecting from you:
• A clear outline of the modules you usually teach, showing how theory, practtical exercises, and assessment fit together.
• Live delivery (virtual ) of a full course that prepares attendees to step straight into a Scrum Master role.
• Practical labs or workshops that move beyond slide decks—think simulations, group problem-solving, and retrospective practice.
• Quick feedback loops with me so we can tune content and pacing between sessions.
• Materials I can reuse later: slide files, handouts, exercise sheets, and a concise facilitator guide.
