Senior React Developer, Monthly Engagement

I run a complex, production-grade SaaS platform and need a senior-level React engineer to come onboard on a rolling, month-to-month basis. Your core mission is straightforward yet demanding: own the end-to-end delivery of brand-new features that slot seamlessly into our existing React front-end.
You’ll be working inside a mature codebase with modern tooling—React 18, functional components, hooks, Context/Redux, TypeScript, Webpack/Vite, Jest, Cypress, GitHub Actions, and an API layer powered by GraphQL and REST. Expect to shape feature requirements with the product team, translate them into clean, well-tested components, and push to production in an agile cadence. Performance, accessibility, and pixel-perfect UI polish are non-negotiable.
I’m looking for someone who can:
• Design and scaffold complex UI flows without hand-holding
• Refactor as needed to keep the architecture healthy
• Write unit/integration tests that prevent regressions
• Review PRs and mentor junior devs when time allows
• Communicate clearly in English during daily stand-ups and Slack threads
We track work in two-week sprints. Each cycle you’ll pick up feature tickets, estimate them, and deliver working code behind a feature flag. Acceptance criteria: all tests green, linting passes, code reviewed and merged, feature deployed to staging with screenshots or a short Loom demo.
