SAP Consultant for Kanban & MRP Implementation

An Argentinian SME is seeking a professional with SAP experience to configure and optimize its logistics and production management processes. The main objective is to implement the Kanban methodology and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within the existing SAP system. The professional will be responsible for: Configuring the necessary SAP modules to support Kanban management in the production and scheduling areas. The physical Kanban system must be integrated with the digital Kanban system; that is, physical cards should be transferred to SAP via QR code scanning.

Establishing workflows for ordering from suppliers, integrating Kanban logic across different supply lines. Ensuring the correct execution of MRP for efficient resource planning. Upon completion of the development phase, the professional will be responsible for providing the necessary documentation, including instructions for running SAP and training the internal team to continue using the tool. We are looking for an expert with solid SAP knowledge and practical experience implementing agile methodologies such as Kanban in production and supply chain environments. Experience in implementations and integrating physical cards (QR codes) with SAP is required.
