Remote Software Project Manager Needed

I lead a distributed team that builds finance-focused web and software products, and I’m ready to hand the day-to-day coordination to a dedicated Project Manager. You’ll become the central point of contact for our developers and stakeholders, turning high-level opportunities into clear, trackable tasks, then steering them through delivery week after week.
Here’s what the rhythm looks like:
• Break incoming requirements into actionable tickets and prioritize the backlog.
• Run sprint planning and daily stand-ups on Slack, with face-to-face check-ins over Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Keep progress visible in Trello, Asana or Jira—whichever best fits the specific project.
• Track milestones against agreed timelines, flag risks early, and keep all parties informed so releases land on schedule.
Consistency, clear communication and proactive problem solving are more valuable to us than any single methodology, but past experience guiding remote software teams will help you hit the ground running.
