I want to take Bijiman Busy’s mobile app from “nice to have” to “can’t live without” by weaving in three engagement-driving features: timely push notifications, real-time in-app chat support, and a rewarding loyalty program.

The core app is already live on iOS and Android; what I need now is someone who can design, build, and fully integrate these add-ons without disrupting the current user experience.

Push notifications
• Create segmented, actionable messages (promos, order updates, reminders)
• Use a scalable service such as Firebase Cloud Messaging or OneSignal
• Include simple in-dashboard scheduling so my team can send campaigns without code

In-app chat support
• Real-time conversations, image/file sharing, and automated “typing” indicators
• Prefer plug-and-play SDKs like Twilio, Intercom, or Sendbird, but I’m open to other proven stacks
• Chat history must sync across devices

Loyalty program
• Points accrual for purchases, referrals, and special events
• Rewards catalogue with point redemption flow
• Admin interface for adjusting rules, tiers, and promotions

Acceptance criteria
1. Zero critical crashes added to the existing build (confirmed via TestFlight / Google Play internal testing)
2. All three features pass QA on the latest two OS versions for iOS and Android
3. Clear, commented code plus setup documentation so my in-house team can maintain it
