About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across the European Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation through to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate status updates and executive reporting
- Manage project scope and change requests while maintaining alignment with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and regional standards
- Track project performance using relevant metrics and KPI's
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance the project management process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- English communication skills at C1 level, both written and verbal
