AI Process & Agile Training Plan

I want to equip a beginner-level team with practical, no-code AI skills for process automation (think n8n, Make/Integromat, Zapier-style workflows) and, in parallel, introduce AI-driven techniques that enhance our agile development practices. To kick things off, I need a commercial proposal that clearly breaks down all costs and includes a step-by-step training roadmap.

My preferred learning flow is a blend of live online sessions—so the team can ask questions in real time—supported by concise pre-recorded videos we can revisit later. Everything should start at a fundamentals level and quickly move toward hands-on exercises that let the team automate at least one real business process and apply AI-assisted planning or test-case generation inside our sprints.

Please outline:

• A detailed syllabus for both tracks (process automation and agile integration) with estimated hours per module
• Recommended no-code tools, frameworks, and any AI services you’ll showcase
• Milestones, deliverables, and what “success” looks like for each
• Your schedule availability and total cost, including any optional add-ons (certifications, follow-up mentoring, etc.)

I’m open to small adjustments—such as occasional in-person workshops—if they meaningfully boost learning outcomes. Looking forward to reviewing your structured proposal and getting our team up to speed.
