Multi-User Android To-Do App Development

I'm seeking an experienced Android developer to create a multi-user To-Do application. The app should sync tasks across different devices and store them in a database on my online server. The access credentials to the database should be introduced in the app at the begining.

Key Requirements:
User Roles:
- Admin: Create/manage tasks, manage users, view all tasks, reassign tasks.
- Regular User: Create/manage own tasks, view own tasks, mark tasks as started and completed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Experience with database integration and multi-user applications.
- Strong understanding of user authentication and role-based access control.
- Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
