Manual QA Testing Support
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I need an experienced manual tester who can step into our existing agile flow and make sure every new build is truly ready for production. You will work alongside our developers, following the user stories and acceptance criteria already written in Jira, and then expand on them with your own exploratory scenarios.
The core of the job is hands-on functional testing: clicking through every path a real user could take, logging clear, reproducible bugs, and retesting fixes. Along the way, please keep an eye on usability quirks and any obvious performance slow-downs. Right now the primary focus is our web application, but we will be rolling out a companion mobile build shortly, so versatility is a plus.
Typical deliverables for each sprint:
• A brief test plan outlining coverage for the user stories in scope
• A concise bug list in Jira, complete with steps, screenshots or screen recordings, and severity tags
• A final test summary indicating pass/fail status and any open risks
