Looking for a Certified Scrum Master
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Project Title: Remote Certified Scrum Master for small new development team
Preferred Location: Remote, US Location only. Team is located in Pacific Time Zone
Expertise Level: Certified Scrum Master Only
Estimate of Hours per week: 6 - 10 hours
Services Required:
• Facilitating communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team
• Keeping the development team organized and progressing on the projects they’ve agreed to, in order of priority
• Serving as a bridge between product management and development
• Clearing obstacles and protecting the team from distractions
• Leading through influence and credibility
• Teach scrum practices and principles
• Coach team members
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Certified Scrum Master qualification
- Proven experience in Agile Coaching
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
- Ability to guide and support teams in implementing Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with backlog management and sprint planning
- Previous experience in leading Agile transformations would be a plus
