Launch Our EFQM Framework
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to embed the EFQM model across the organisation as a driver of organisational development, but we’re starting from a completely clean slate. I need an experienced practitioner who can walk us through every stage—from the initial gap analysis and stakeholder workshops to the full-scale rollout and continual improvement cycle.
You will first help me clarify our purpose, key enablers and measurable results, then translate that into a practical implementation roadmap. Along the way, I’ll rely on you to:
• Facilitate discovery sessions with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Draft the EFQM self-assessment, scoring matrix and prioritised action plan
• Coach internal champions so the methodology becomes self-sustaining
• Provide concise templates for governance, communication and evidence gathering
• Recommend digital tools or dashboards that keep progress visible in real time
I’m particularly interested in how the model can strengthen culture, leadership alignment and agile decision-making. If you also have proven tactics for boosting employee productivity, operational efficiency or customer satisfaction, please highlight them—those may become phased objectives once the core framework is in place.
Acceptance criteria: a documented baseline assessment, an approved implementation roadmap with milestones, and a final workshop that transfers know-how to our internal team so we can run future assessments independently.
