Jira Scrum Workflow & Dashboard Setup

I need an experienced Jira administrator to do the following:

Jira Configuration & Integration Tasks
1. Configure Jira Timesheet View
* Create and configure a user-friendly timesheet view within Jira.
* Ensure users can easily log and review their daily time entries.
2. Configure Email & Slack Notifications
* Integrate Jira with Email and Slack.
* Configure automated notifications for key task events (e.g., task assignment, status changes, comments, due dates, and mentions).
3. Configure Notification Schemes
* Associate the relevant Jira project(s) with the appropriate Email Notification Schemes.
* Configure and validate Slack notification channels for the project.
* Ensure notifications are delivered to the correct users and channels based on project events.
4. Enable and Validate Time Logging
* Verify that Jira Time Tracking is properly enabled.
* Confirm that users can log time against tasks.
* Test time logging functionality and ensure entries are accurately captured in reports and timesheets.
Expected Deliverables
* Fully configured Jira Timesheet functionality.
* Working Email and Slack notification integrations.
