German-Speaking SAP Technical Lead (UI5 / ABAP) – Offshore Team Lead

We are hiring 2 experienced SAP Technical Leads who are fluent in German and English to lead offshore SAP development teams for an international SAP programme.

The technical leads will act as the communication bridge between offshore development teams and German-speaking stakeholders, while also providing technical guidance and architectural oversight.

Experience Required

10–15 years of SAP technical development experience with team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for SAP development teams
• Act as the primary communication bridge with German-speaking stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development standards
• Support solution design and architecture discussions
• Coordinate sprint planning and development milestones
• Mentor developers and guide technical decisions
• Support documentation and quality assurance processes

Technical Skills

Strong experience in:

• SAP ABAP Development
• SAP UI5 / SAP Fiori Development
• SAP S/4HANA environments
• OData services and SAP integrations
• SAP architecture and development best practices

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

• Professional working proficiency in German
• Strong English communication skills
