Functional QA Unit & Integration Testing

I need an experienced QA-focused developer to design and execute a full round of functional testing on my codebase. The job centres exclusively on functional testing, with special emphasis on both unit tests and integration tests.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A clear test strategy that explains how you will approach unit and integration coverage.
• Implementation of automated tests using a modern framework that suits the stack—Jest, Mocha, JUnit, PyTest or an equivalent you propose.
• A concise report that shows test results, coverage metrics and any defects uncovered, plus recommendations for remediation.
I’ll provide the repository, existing documentation and build instructions as soon as we start. The work is complete when all critical paths are covered by reliable, repeatable tests and I have the final report in hand.
