Experienced QA Engineer for Digital Transformation

Hi, I’m Pratiksha Mehenge, a QA Engineer with over 3.5 years of experience in manual and automation testing. Currently, I’m working with Inspire Brands, where I lead automation testing for a major digital transformation project. My key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Selenium-based automation frameworks using Java, TestNG, and Maven, creating robust API test suites using Rest Assured, and ensuring seamless CI/CD integration. I also work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to align testing with sprint goals, participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives, and contribute to high-quality releases by performing thorough smoke, regression, and production sanity testing. Additionally, I work on end-to-end testing in the UAT environment, design and execute test cases, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth production sanity. I take pride in optimizing test coverage and execution speed, and I'm always eager to contribute to quality improvements and process enhancements.
