Custom Project Management Tool

I’m building a software tool called “Fleksibilitas” whose core purpose is project management. The very first milestone is a solid module for task scheduling and tracking—think creating tasks, assigning owners, setting due dates, updating progress, and viewing timelines at a glance.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A clean, intuitive interface that lets users add, edit, and reorder tasks quickly.
• Real-time status tracking and simple progress metrics (e.g., percent complete, overdue flag).
• Calendar or Gantt-style views so timelines are instantly visible.
• Search, filter, and basic notification hooks (email or in-app, whichever is quicker to implement).

Tech stack is flexible; propose what you’re most productive in, whether that’s a lightweight web app (React + Node), a desktop build, or another framework you trust. The key is that the codebase is well-structured, documented, and easy to extend—future iterations may include resource allocation and deeper team collaboration features.

Deliverables:
1. A functional MVP focused on task scheduling and tracking.
2. Source code with clear comments and a concise setup guide.
3. A short demo or walk-through video so I can see the flow in action.
