Here’s what I need:
• A concise project brief that captures objectives, target users, and success metrics
• A high-level feature list with recommended priorities (MVP vs. later phases)
• Guidance on the most suitable platform or tech stack—whether web, mobile, or hybrid—and the rationale behind it
• Rough timelines and a milestone-based budget outline so I can see what resources I’ll need and when
• Optional low-fidelity wireframes or flowcharts if they help communicate the concept more effectively
