Context

Purever Group is executing Dagard360, a major ERP transformation programme for our industrial site in Boussac, France.

The project includes:

ERP standardisation and process redesign
Separation of industrial ERP and Design & Build tooling
Elimination of legacy pricing structures (“nine codes”)
Logistics and WMS standardisation
Alignment with our group data platform (Helix)
Preparation for a future single-tenant architecture model
The current go-live target is March 2027.

We are seeking an experienced freelance ERP Project Manager to reinforce the existing project structure, reduce execution risk, and ensure leadership continuity. This role will also provide coverage if the current local IT leadership becomes unavailable.

Role Objective

The primary objective is to stabilise and structure delivery of Dagard360 from its current phase through go-live and hypercare.

This role will:

Reinforce governance and reporting discipline
Protect scope boundaries and prevent scope creep
Improve cross-functional communication
Ensure structured testing and cutover readiness
Provide executive-level visibility on risks and progress
Strong on-site presence in Boussac will be required during key phases.

Scope of Responsibilities

Governance & Project Structure
Own and maintain the integrated project plan
Establish and enforce scope baselines
Maintain and actively manage RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Clarify and enforce RACI across business, IT and vendors
Provide structured reporting to Group CIO and local leadership
Business Process & Functional Alignment
Conduct structured gap analysis of current workflows
Translate operational pain points into documented functional requirements
Challenge unnecessary customisations and prioritise standard modules
Ensure alignment between industrial operations and D&B tooling decisions
Coordination & Delivery Control
Lead workshops and steering meetings
Coordinate ERP partner, DevOps and infrastructure streams
Structure and supervise testing cycles (SIT, UAT)
Oversee data migration quality and validation
Prepare and validate detailed cutover and rollback plan
Go-Live & Hypercare
Own go-live readiness checklist
Coordinate cutover execution
Manage hypercare phase and stabilisation
Ensure structured transition to steady-state support

Key Deliverables

Signed-off integrated project plan
Updated and active RAID register
Clear scope baseline document
Documented cutover and rollback strategy
Trained and validated key users
Formal go-live readiness approval package

Required Profile

8–15+ years delivering complex ERP programmes
Strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Hands-on consulting background (logistics, finance, or mixed profile)
Demonstrated experience stabilising delayed or high-risk ERP projects
Strong governance discipline and stakeholder management skills
Experience in cross-border, multi-language environment
Comfortable working directly with senior executives and operational managers

Nice to Have

Experience with Epicor or similar industrial ERPs
Experience in multi-entity or multi-tenant environments
Experience with data migration and master data governance
